Being Italian I should say that American or English music is "music from other countries". We're pratically invased by that. Japanese music is very interesting to me..then I discovered several Thai bands too. We're also exposed to some other country's music, such as German or Spanish or French....something's nice..something else not...
All Metal music XD...except for chinese ...its chinese pop...
I should understand Chinese pop music...because im chinese..but i dont xD hahah. ...probably because ..i was born in the UK...and was always surrounded my english people...and so its hard to carry a convosation with my chinese friends who like to speak chinese and english at hte same time xD..
I love listening to trance music from other countries, (Most of the trance made in the U.S. isn't very good most of the time) Usually the music I listen are from Sweden, Germany, and some asian countries. Oh! An the band Cinema Bizarre from Germany is my favorite band of all time <3
Well, I'm American and pretty much only listen to music from Australia, so that'd be a yes. There are lots of awesome bands from there, but the only ones people know here are the Veronicas and AC/DC. *sigh*
I'm really into Tokio Hotel (germany) both the english and german versions of their songs, O-zone (Romania) T.a.T.u. (Russia) HIM, Apocalyptica, and Lordi (Finland) and various Latino artists. Japanese music is cool, too. I'm pretty multicultural when it comes to music.
I disagree with kuhuhuck, I think sometimes not knowing what they're saying is a good thing. I like a lot of Indian music (classic Indian songs, not like their pop music stuff) and it's so relaxing, partly I think because I don't know what in the world they're saying so I can just sit back and relax while it's on.
