Now that Elections are over and done, some states are getting used to the idea of a new official. In Maine, they are getting used to a whole new law.

In an almost 60% favorable vote, Maine passed the Medical Marijuana Act. It is a law similar to one in California where marijuana can be distributed under certain conditions.

And although they said yes to pot, they also voted against same-sex marriage. Over 50% of Maine residents voted against same-sex marriage.

How do you feel about their choices? Do you think other states will follow?
