  • Lets Take A Walk

    From Guest Blogger @ ArtofBackpacking

The first thing I have to wonder is did they use Google maps for an accurate walking trail?

The Big Walk is a blog about a couple who ventured out to walk across Europe- on foot, yes I said on foot. The Actual walk took place a few years ago in 2003, but they are kind enough to share their journey with us! They have been posting blogs for the last year about their long walk.

Their story is motivational and captivating. It almost makes you want to get up and start walking! There is nothing like a calm journey of just wandering and exploring a foreign city- no rushing to get anywhere.

It is almost like a spiritual cleansing- yes, this blog is like laying on your couch and watching an exciting movie on a Sunday afternoon.

They are 50 days into their journey of Spain so catch up with their blog! We admire their journey and anticipate to read the rest of their travels to see if they really do make it to Istanbul!

    Check out The Big Walk

What is the furthest you've walked? Would you do an adventurous journey on foot?
