It is unfortunate to have restrictions when it comes to the art of travel. No American can ever visit Cuba. (For the time being.)
Because of years of hostility and regime problems with the Cuban government, The United States restricts Americans from visiting the unique nation.
Did you know before 1959, Cuba was a popular spot for Americans to visit? They are only 90 miles apart (From Key West) and attracted Americans with their large casinos.
I can't imagine what it would be like to see this country. To talk to the natives and see how they feel.
If you could visit Cuba, would you? Why?

I would love to travel to Cuba, but not for any other reason than I just want to see the world and experience it. I like to travel to places that others do not go too so that I can have a unique story to share.
Cuba has always been one of my dream destinations. That sounds bad, but it's really only because of the film "Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights". Ironically, that movie was filmed in Puerto Rico.
I would looooove to visit cuba! I remember one of my teachers telling me of her visit in cuba and the conversations with the different people that she met. :) it seemed so fascinating!
I think I'm going to study abroad there. And I'm an American citizen. Yes, you can go there, it's just quite difficult.
Cuba's history and my own's country's (I was born in the US but not raised there) are almost the same, so I feel a big need to go there.
Definitely yes. My Dad's friend has been there, and he loved it so much. I've seen some pictures and really want to go there :)
Heck yes. My college choir got to tour there after I graduated, and I wanted to go back to school just for the trip. Stories about it were great. I hope to go there one day.
Cuba is on my list.
Yes, because I'd like to go everywhere. :P
I also have a heart for latin (spanish speaking) countries, so I def. want to go to/experience all of those!
Duh.
hell yeah i'd visit cuba. i plan to visit all of the carribean islands sometime. and cuba is a must. everything they have is original. no ipods, no flat screens, or new cars, just classics. sounds like paradise, at least to me.
I've heard their education programs over there are excellent. My Latin American studies teacher said that many Americans used to go over there to get a good education but they couldn't keep up.
I've always kind of wanted to go just because we can't. =]
I'd love to go there but because I think there is anything truly unique about Cuba, but simply because its geographical location seems like an awesome place to be. And I love traveling.
As a Bristish person I have been, and it was brilliant. Havana is amazing and the market there is so diverse. The beaches are so clean and the people are just friendly. It's a shame that you guys can't go.
Zee.
My mom and her side of the family are from Cuba...they came almost fifty years ago. I would love to visit and I'm sure they would love to see where they came from.
If I had money I would go. I is from Canada, eh? Maple Syrup :D
