October is here ladies and gents! By the months end, Halloween will have come and gone. This year, I am gearing up early to make sure I don't end up buying a last minute costume. The past two Halloween's I realized my costumes were kind of cultural.
This year I will be a sinful Burlesque dancer, the last year I was a Japanese Geisha. It got me thinking about some cool Travel costumes us Trip Crazers can do for Halloween!
Of course, the obvious: Sexy Pilot. For those who want to join the Mile High club, or at least are pretending to be.
Bollywood Actress: Bollywood is huge this year! You don't have to travel across the world to get a beautiful costume.
Harajuku Girl: You can easily recreate this trend even without the costume. Just remember: Crazy hair and lots of makeup.
Cruise Sailor: This costume is just absolutely adorable. It makes me want to hop on a Cruise ship!
And for Guys!
Toga Boy/Roman Gladiator: See, this costume is versatile. Guys look great in Togas. Plus, you can save tons of money and just wrap yourself in linens.
Pilot: If you have a girl or girlfriend going as a Flight Attendant/Pilot, now you can match!
Spartan: The great thing about this: You get to yell THIS IS SPARTA.
Will you have a travel related/historical costume? What are you going to be for Halloween?

Sailor Mars!
Haha, I'm going to be this girl. I guess it's travel oriented. I wanted to be a geisha this year but I already decided on her, and plus I'll be partying it up in UCSB and it'll be cold at night, so I wanted to wear something that I could sling a jacket over easily. :)
hehe i was just thinking of what to be this year, sexy pilot it is!
I super love the Bollywood Actress. :)
I usually don't dress up,anymore, but, my school as a senior Halloween privilege. I'm thinking of Jackie O...post-motorcade.
I think I will just be the Roman Gladiator. That costume is easy to find, make and is cheap. And besides I have lots already of Halloween spending. Halloween spending is already beginning! Halloween spending includes setting up hayrides, mazes, haunted houses, and popular Halloween costumes. Halloween also means more candy and Pepto Bismol to go with it. This year, Michael Jackson costumes are already selling at a record pace, and lots of people will be out there with Thriller costumes. Halloween is fast rising as one of the biggest spending holidays. People are even dressing up their pets for Halloween – who doesn't love an insipid and annoying Chihuahua in a tutu? There will be plenty of Halloween spending of short-term loans on cool costumes and events for sure this year.
Hahahaha! "This is SPARTA!"
