Cruise ships are one of those all inclusive packages that are just so awesome. For one price, you get to sail on a ridiculously sized boat, eat and drink all you want and visit a few cities.
Depending on the season, prices range from $700+ per person, for a 7 day cruise.
A few years ago, I got an awesome deal for a $700 cruise going from New York City to St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, Tortola and the U.S. Virgin Islands. I never got to go because I got laid off a month before my trip. I was a few hundred bucks from paying off my balance and had to cancel my trip.
After reading a post about
cruise ships, it makes me want to book one as a Graduation gift!
Which is your favorite cruise ship line? What was your experience?

I love Royal Caribbean. I had the luxury to be invited on a Mediterranean cruise by a friend of mine. It was a Celebrity cruise line, if I'm not mistaken. It took off from Rome, Italy and sailed through Italy, Turkey & the Greek Isles for eleven days. It was incredible. I highly recommend that someone looking to vacation (if you even have the money right now) to take a cruise. And don't worry too much about what type of cabin you have. You're never in the room!
I've been on plenty of cruises. They are not so great if there are not landside attractions, because then it's just living in a hotel that happens to sway gently.
I went on a princess cruise to Alaska and it was AMAZING. I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone.
haha. So in the 11th grade, I went on a cruise around the Greek Islands (some random Greek cruise) and it sank. I said this as a comment on another post but yeah it was a special kind of experience-- google Sea Diamond. But besides that, it was pretty cool. I wish I went on a bigger, more modern cruise with bigger rooms.
i recently was planning to go on a cruise with a friend but something happened and now i'm not sure if we're gonna make it or not, but i still want to go a cruise. my girl friend from work goes on about 4 or 5 cruises a year with her husband and her in-laws, and she enjoys it a lot.
