these are quite "non-hot" vacation places right? haha. but i suppose they'll be really peaceful places and very resort styled?

You forgot to include Australia. Great place to stay and very affordable. I can assure you that you'll enjoy staying in Australia. You may check Perth Hotels for better deals.

Who cares if the greenery isn't in bloom when you're getting 56% off your Napa trip! What a steal. Don't forget you can always come back in the spring. I used to live in Los Angeles and we would escape to Napa whenever the opportunity presented itself, even in December. We soon found 'off-season' was our favorite season, as it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

This might come as a shock to some of you but Iceland has become an incredibly cheap holiday destination in comparison with the past. Icelanders may face a difficult future, but the country’s troubles have also given us tourists reason to rejoice. Before the global financial crisis, Reykjavik was a luxury destination by Western European standards. The island, known for its glaciers, fjords and volcanoes, was considered beautiful, dark, cold — and expensive. Now verging on bankruptcy in a matter of days Iceland transformed into one of the cheapest tourist destinations in Europe
