I plan more trips with my friends but I usually take a family member or two along as well so I guess both. My family and friends collection is pretty thoroughly mixed together.

I go with the family on vacation every year... and my friends and I try to make plans every year to go somewhere... usually just an amusement park with them though.
Depends on the destination.
When I go somewhere including a must for partaying, I usually go with friends.
If I go somewhere that is like nostalgic or have some history in my life, I usually go with family.
family, friends and alone. it really depends where your going though.
Depends, although I prefer going with friends instead. There's a lot more stuff you can do that you can't with your family hanging around haha
I have gone on vacation with both.....and I think I prefer to go on vacations with myself now LOL.

I think I go on vacation with both of my friends and family simultaneously. I tend to visit other countries with friends and travel within my country with family :)

I went with my family more often when I was younger. Nowadays, I travel with friends.
It's usually my son and me with our dog. My husband could never get off work. We usually drive across the country to visit family in other states. Once in a great while we'll all get to go somewhere together like Disney World or something. I would love to take a vacation by myself sometime though just to be totally alone with nature and the outdoors.

family is nice. but now that i'm older, being with friends will be more fun. having that "ultimate freedom" and whatnot.
Definitely with my family. My friends end up straggling along, though.
usually with family. but they're just the occasional visiting family never the fun fun ones :P when I get older, for sure i'd want to go with friends :D
