Personally I think any type of tribal-ish culture in Africa would be extremely interesting to see. I mean, I don't know much about it, but just from pictures I've seen from over there, it's so much different than here and because of that I think it would be the most interesting.
While I am definitely biased I would have to say that Indian culture has to be one of the most interesting, vivid and stunningly beautiful cultures. There is so much diversity, and every region in the country contributes to its culture. This is apparent in the fact that there are 1,652 languages spoken in the country, and it is an amalgamation of different influences because of having been ruled by several different rulers for a large part of its existence.
Probably either Indian or Japanese.
I dunno, but I was reading an article about these places called Blue Zones, which have the highest concentration of the world's oldest people, like Okinawa, Japan and other places. Just seeing how they life their lives would be great to see.
Was this question from the same individual who asked which culture has the most beautiful woman? Same answer......not relevant.

I tend to find whichever culture I am currently studying to be the most interesting right now that would be Japan and India.
@manonfire2096@xanga - Okinawa is sort of misleading census wise as to age because although most of the Japanese citizens living there are older the island is actually heavily populated by American military troops and their families which are obviously going to be a much younger set of people. So if you go by who actually lives there the age average would be much lower than if you only count the Japanese citizens who live there.
@echois23@xanga - That's how the centenarian studies in Okinawa usually choose their samples. They look at the natural-born residents in Okinawa; I think the European and American researchers who go to Okinawa take the foreigners living there into (or out of) consideration.

okay actually any and every culture is interesting to me. but if i had to choose one i'd say chinese since that's the one i know the most about, plus it's the oldest extant civilization on this earth!

I'm adopted into a multi-cultural family and I don't really feel I have a culture, or at least I feel I have a culture of one. I think every culture is interesting. I find it amazing people know about their family history and coats of arms and such. I don't even know my medical history!

Chinese- even though im part of that culture but i was born in London, and know little about it but have some understanding
I only went back to HK once hahah...and it seems..everyone doesnt like to be different...they have the same voice, giggle, style of clothes, hair and colour.....no individuality.
When i went..they all kept looking at me coz i highlighted my hair blue instead of brown dyed hair..hahahha
every culture is interesting. i want to learn about as many cultures as possible.

doesn't it make sense that one would have a deeper sentiment and curiosity for their own heritage and culture?
but i guess for a lot of people the grass is greener on the other side. And for those people, any culture other than their own seem more interesting because of its exoticism.
so my point is that there really isn't a culture that is THE MOST INTERESTING.
it's all about point of view.
in fact, I find White-America culture very interesting. Why? Because it is more foreign to me than Japanese or Chinese culture.

Definitely Japanese...though I'm interested in learning more on all cultures.
@landlockedeyes@xanga - yup polynesian for me too. Id like to learn about tribes in general too fr evrywhere; asian tribes, african tribes, etc.
i'd say native american, i find it fascinating.
