The Most Awesome Thing Caught On Camera!
I've always wanted to go on an African safari. It would be such a rewarding experience to witness nature in the wild and undisturbed. In 2004, a group of tourists went on a safari and caught one of the most unbelievable things on camera: Battle at Kruger.
The video starts off with a herd of buffalo nearing a watering hole when they are ambushed by a pride of very hungry lions. As the herd scatter, the lions are able to tackle a small calf into the water. As the lions regroup and begin pulling the calf out of the water, a crocodile emerges trying to take the calf for itself!!A game of tug of war follows with the lions eventually winning. As the lions prepare to feast, the herd returns 10x in size to rescue the calf. The herd charges in scaring off the lions and are even able to throw one in the air! After the battle, the baby calf gets up and rejoins the herd.
Watch this amazing video:Would you consider going on a safari?

i've seen this video before. it was intense! definitely nature caught on camera... and not be national geogrgraphic.
If I were in a protective bubble, possibly. I'd be pretty scared if it were around feasting time, though. Nature is hard core.
I love animals and enjoy watching the animal planet on discovery channel. I hope I can make a safari trip and become a park ranger oneday in future.
amazing video! would've loved to be there!
THAT WAS AMAZING! What an awesome video. I too always wanted to go on a safari, I love wildlife, but that was just plain luck to get that on video. Nature is always the best thing to view while traveling :)
I saw this on tv. I was so surprised the baby calf got away. The only safari I've been on is at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
