The Places I Want to Visit in the World
Guest post by My_blog_for_2009
There are always countries I would like to visit. Here are some of them:
Australia and New Zealand are pretty much high up on the cards. This will be one massive holiday - lasting three months, taking in as many cities as possible for both countries.
Asia: I would like to visit Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives, Hong Kong, Philippines, and China. All seem very wonderful places to visit.
Europe: Estonia, Croatia, and Montenegro were three places we were looking at for another coach tour.
I would like to visit San Marino, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Italy, Malta, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany if possible.
I also mentioned in an entry last month, featured on Tripcrazed, about seeing the Midnight Sun and Northern Lights (which can cover me for Iceland, Norway, Finland, and Sweden). I would also like to see Denmark at some point.
Africa: Egypt and South Africa
North America: Mexico is another country I would like to visit, however I would love to go back to United States (New York City and Boston).
And I've always liked the sound of going to Cuba.
South America: Brazil has to be up there near the top of my list.
Have you been to any of these countries? Do you have tips to share with me?

Many thanks for featured my entry Tripcrazed.
Which part of Mexico do you want to visit? There's a warning for tourists who plan on visiting certain parts of Mexico because of drug cartels, but I think if you stay in major tourist spots then you should be fine.
p.s. what about Canada? we have some pretty awesome sites here too.
@tubbz87@datingish -
Mexico, Cancun.
@tubbz87@datingish -
We went to Canada and America in August 2008 on a coach tour, we went to Quebc, Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto in Canada.
I've been to many of those countries.
Let me add a few for you,
Asia - South Korea is fantastic, and friendly to visit
Africa - Soqatra. Very remote, but gorgeous.
Europe, don't bother with lichtenstein, it's just a tourist trap, and a pain to get to on top of that. Berne is fantastic in switzerland, btw, and milan and rome are great too, especially out of tourist season.
Umm, also in europe, the netherlands are quite worth a visit, and are more fun than belgium.
Try visiting crete and Jordan, as well, if you're "in the area" on the mediterannian...
@My_blog_for_2009@xanga - I've been to several of the European places you named. Out of those Croatia was the most fun!
@JadedJanissary@xanga - I agree, the Netherlands are quite cool!
Mexico, at least the areas where tourists go, are wildly overrated.
I want to go to Machu Picchu!
And Egypt!
And Israel!
I've been to Hong Kong and China. I had a culture shock. LOL =O
Yeah.. you must go to Philippines to experience its natural wonders. haha!
These are the topmost places i have to visit someday:
Europe: Copenhagen, Italy, London, Paris
USA: New York, Hollywood, Florida
Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, China
My favorite part of Europe was Slovenia. They call it "Austria without the crowds." It was lovely and had so much character. I can't wait to go back.
Mexico isn't impressive. If you want hispanic culture and a beautiful, unique city, try San Antonio, Texas.
I also recommend Belize. My husband and I took a boat down the River Wallace to where it met the ocean to go manatee-spotting, and we climbed a Mayan temple there on our honeymoon. Belize is lush and friendly, just touristy enough to be accessible.
Someone mentioned South Korea as a tourist destination. It's fun (I live there), but for an Asian experience that hasn't been drenched in Western culture, I've heard Kyoto, Japan is the place to go.
@ijustlovelea@xanga - Florida isn't really all that great... but maybe I take it for granted because I live here. However! St. Augustine, the gulf coast, and Key West are beautifulllll and well worth a visit! Over here where I live on the east coast, things just aren't as nice, and the beaches are overrated.
I want to go to New York, Italy, and London too!
