Haven't been there, but I would like to go someday. I am interested in Angkor Wat, but even more so in the Ta Prohm Temple.
I am loving the colours in that 4th shot!! I have never been to Cambodia.....

Never been there. It's looks very beautiful.
angkor wat is one of the most beautiful places in the world. and honestly, how many other places can you go where the seats of ancient empires still stand? the khmer empire, babylonian empire, roman empire... that's about it. most empires have gone the way of persepolis.
I love Cambodia. 'Nuff said.
A question: How is it like communicating there? I am planning to travel there soon :)

@bella_esperanza@xanga - actually, strangely enough, I have never seen Tombraiader. There was a picture of the Ta Prohm temple in one of Creed's albums, and I was really into them my first year in college. I didn't know it was a real place. I thought it was just creative artwork. But then someone told me it was real and I have wanted to see it ever since. I don't even have that CD anymore or listen to Creed much, but I never lost my fascination with that picture. Cool pic, btw!

i browsed your previous cambodia entries also.. all your temple shots are beautiful. you should post pics from other cities too (not just siem reap) if you have any!
Angkor Wat is on my list of places to see. I've been to Japan, but that's it (aside from places in the States and Canada).

I've never been there but heard an awful lot about it in the late 60s when we were at war with Viet Nam.
