  • Where the Hell is Matt? - An Elaborate Hoax?

Too Shy for Nude Beaches by Anne

I made an earlier post and included the video Where the Hell is Matt? I thought it was such a great video I wanted to share. A Tripcrazed reader linked me to a video in which Matt speaks out against the people who accuse his video of being fake, but in an entertaining and satirical manner. You can view the video below. He uses his third Where the Hell is Matt video to use as his discussion piece. Enjoy!

Did you think this video was a fake when you first saw it?

I found the video the other day and can't even remember how... no I thought it was real and incredible. But I also know a bit about faking things too and kept a slightly cynical eye out... But it is simple in concept and possible for someone today who travels to do especially if they can get some sponsorship to take it to the next level.
I also saw his video on Mac World too... it shows how his attempt to make a fake disclosure that it was fake backfired even when he was trying to make it look obviously fake.
I am left wondering... where can I sign up? Someone said "form a queue!" I say I am ready to even form an "Arrh!"

I'm shocked to hear that people believed his video was fake, specifically after seeing him say it was in a sarcastic manner. People don't have their sarcasm sensors on.

    • About Me: Age: 27, Location: New York, NY Favorite places I've visited: Trick question! I've been to so many amazing places, but if I absolutely had to pick, I'd settle on a couple places to shorten the list. Madrid, Spain because that's where I did my study abroad program when I was 18 and it was there that the travel bug bit me so hard it left a scar. I haven't been the same since. And Vietnam. That's where my family is from. Although, I'm Vietnamese American, I never actually visited Vietnam until I was 26. It was an awesome experience to learn about my family's history and I was quite pleased to show off my vietnamese language skills to the locals. It's quite a big deal for an american-born.
