I use ATIFlights.com for international flights sometimes.
I use kayak.com for everything.

I love using orbitz.com for flying. They have a feature you can turn on where they send you text messages periodically about your flight status and gate changes, delays, weather conditions at your destination. Great stuff. I love it.
