I think every place we have be too we have enjoyed,  some better than others but each of them were different experience and seeing different cultures in each city and country.

So far there has not been a place where I said I would not want to go back there again.

If I had another chance to travel, I'd take it and try to find something good about the trip. Places deserve second shots!

I've been to Arizona and it was a bad experience. A lot of people I know who have gone there have loved it, but for me I would never want to go back. It was awesome to see the Grand Canyon, but other then that there's really nothing worthwhile there that one can't do in another place.

This summer, I did a centro-European tour with a big group. We spent 2 days in Budapest, Hungary, and it was horrible! The city was pretty, but we had so many people be rude to us and try and cheat us out of money. There was one instance where we were trying to buy tickets in the train station and the workers were being such snobs to us and not even attempting to help us. I know not all the people there are like that but the whole experience just turned me off of Hungary forever.

Munich, Germany. And no, I'm not copying the above statement.

The Rhine region in the north was very nice. I'd go back there.

i've traveled a lot but so far there is no place i would never go back to. circumstances change, and even if you had a bad experience the first time it isn't necessarily the same the second time. for instance, the first time i went to shanghai my mother kept telling me to hold her hand tight or i'll (honestly!) end up like the beggar children on the street, who were kidnapped from their parents and tortured by gang leaders and made to beg on the street. it might not have been true for EVERY child on the street, but it was a very real possibility. just this summer i went back and the impression i got of shanghai was a safe and modern place to be (albeit very smoggy) and i had a great time.

New York City. Busy cities in general. I AM NOT A CITY PERSON.

I need to be able to drive myself around rather than giving up my freedom of travel and counting on a bus, subway, or... *shudder*... TAXI... to take me around places (and take my money around places, too). The busy streets are crazy, and I don't mind walking within REASONABLE ranges but I know people who say they walk 20 blocks to get somewhere. I'm sorry, no!

And buildings everywhere are nice but if I go more than two days without seeing some trees, or bushes or grass or whatever, I get withdrawal symptoms. =_= Not to mention that overall, the city is just... expensive.

I really didn't like New York City, one time visit was enough for me. I always also said I would never go back to Romania and I end up going every year again ( the rest of my family lives there). Romania is horrible!! Some few cities are worth visiting but definitely not Bucharest! Too much traffic and polution, people rip you off if you are a foreigner as well.
And definitely DID NOT enjoy Athens. I was really looking forward to that but I hated it. Everything is packed and tight, so much dirt and polution as well.

Would never go to Salou again. Was a horrible trip.

France, and all of it. It was an absolutely gorgeous country and i'd like to see it again. But the people living there just made it unbearable.

I had a terrible experience in Las Vegas once, and I started to say that I'd never go back there.  But I think I'd be willing to give it another chance someday.  I think.  So...no where else pops to mind.  I've had bad experiences, but I think I'd be willing to give anywhere another go...

Canada. Not only does their niceness make me look bad, but the friendliness is unsettling.

  • thiscouldtakeallyear@xanga

I'm never going to Castle Hill ever again.  It was one of the best places I've ever been to, and I can't imagine experiencing that  without him there to do it all over again.

New York is the most overrated giant turd of a city in the world. My hopes died when I went there.

  • PixelDOT@xanga

Wow, lots of votes for NYC, but I actually had alot of fun when I was there.

I can honestly say I would return to any place I've been to.

  • greenbird321@xanga

I find New York(my city) intimidates a lot of pushover-type people who aren't that into exploring on their own and getting to know a place.

anyway, where would I not go again? hmm I've had a few dislikes about Chicago and Atlanta, but I'd visit those places again. passed through Amarillo twice(stayed the night both times) and it SUCKED. Texas, in general, SUCKS big time.Phoenix(where I live) generally sucks, too...but the rest of Arizona really and truly makes up for it.
  • cappodocia@xanga
Repeating destinations after visiting them once - unless I really want to see more of the place.
  • trekker94@xanga

    Tennessee and New Mexico

  • CarmineKiss@xanga

Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Hated it... Simply hated it.

Or Hawaii... Humid weather and bitchy people there.
