My family actually likes to go up to the Dells in the winter. Most of the parks have indoor sections that are fantastic... and sun rooms where you can tan in the winter, stuff like that :)
i just went to Jungfrau up in Switzerland. Nothing beats the Swiss Alps.
Someplace warm is always wonderful. The winter (particularly after the holidays) is also a good time to visit cities because they're usually less crowded.
I used to live in a place that never got too cold, Southern California.
@maebemaebenot@xanga - It's been almost 10 years since I've been on the Swiss Alps. They're beautiful.
I used to live in California and a trip to Mammoth is great if you're into skiing or snowboarding.
